Okay so I have two problems. No its not homework, its just finals review packets so we don't turn them in, its just practice.
A regular hexagon has perimeter of 150m. Find its area. Leave your answer in simplest radical form.
So what I did so far was I know p=sn, so 150=()(6) which is 150=(25)(6). Area formula is A=1/2asn. so A= 1/2 (A)(25)(6)
How do I find A? (NOT USING SIN/COS/TAN).
Then this one: Find the area of the regular polygon, leave answer to the nearest tenth. A pentagon with side of 10.
So I know A=1/2(a)(s)(n), so A=1/2(a)(10)(5). How do I find A using Sin/Cos/Tan?
