I'm going to pull a Motel6 here and wonder all about your periods. Any funny, embarrassing stories? Any strange first time?

Oh god. Okay.
So the first time I got my period, I had no idea what to expect. I was wearing a white dress, because we had a show choir concert field trip thingy, and it was terrible. Like, in the middle of the song, someone pointed at my butt. and I died.
Then, because my mom never educated me on periods, i thought it would only last one day. So the next day i didn't wear a pad. and lets just say.. well ya know.
Then when I first started using tampons, my cousin and i got really paranoid, and so we would take turns waking each other up to change them because we were freaking out and scared to get TSS.

Throwback to last month. I was getting xrays done for my back. They had me take off all my clothes(including underwear), and wear the dumb gowns and stand against this platform thing. Little did I remember I was on my period until it was too late. When I went into the restroom to change back I had a gown stained in my period blood that had to be used for the next patient. oops! not only that but i had blood up & down my leg and I had to go to school after , and not all would come off. -barf emoji-
